Job Description:
We're seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data in our systems, ensuring the highest level of precision and efficiency. This position is fully remote and ideal for candidates who are self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently and from home. If you dont have a PC, we'll get you one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and update data in spreadsheets, databases, and company systems.
- Review data for errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check outputs.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
- Ensure data is entered in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicate with team members to resolves data inconsistencies.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent: further education is a plus.
- proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
-Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
