Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Full-time Production Management Specialist.
Compensation:$50-60k
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain production project information using SAP/ERP to evaluate processes, control resources, and manage operating costs.
• Analyze production management programs to streamline workflow and enhance operational productivity.
• Provide training to identify and resolve productivity issues through performance calculations.
• Prepare and communicate production management plans based on inventory levels and customer order forecasts.
• Evaluate equipment performance and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Oversee overhauls including disassembly, reassembly, calibration, and replacement of parts.
• Support all departments with SAP/ERP-based production solutions.
• Guide workers in repairing production equipment and modifying material properties using management software.
• Design and manage software applications for production, including system modeling and configuration.
• Implement and test configuration changes in software to meet production requirements.
• Develop and deploy long-term strategies to reduce costs and enhance production efficiency.
• Track and report production metrics, downtime, and equipment performance for improvement.
• Diagnose and resolve production interruptions and equipment inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, QA, and maintenance.
• Manage production projects from planning to execution while ensuring budget and deadline compliance.
• Analyze production data for continuous process improvement.
• Ensure all production processes adhere to safety and industry regulations.
Job Requirements:
• Relevant knowledge or background in Production Management, including familiarity with systems such as ERP (e.g., SAP) or MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
