Requirements:
Completion of high school or equivalent experience
Attention to detail
Organized, Flexibility, Reliability and team player
Excellent oral and written communication
Valid drivers licence
Handling heavy loads
Ability to distinguish between colors
Job Duties:
Service designated equipment, repair equipment when in need of repair,
ensure customers are fully satisfied with the service,
interface with customers and potential sales leads,
make sure all applicable industry standards and practices are followed during equipment installation and services.
Work with the Management team to complete additional tasks as required.
maintain and update a detailed client contact and lead records list,
notify CKS on the status of sales leads, current equipment condition and the status of the Spectanks currently rented. Updates will be made at a minimum of once per week.
developing an ongoing working relationship with their Spectank and REoven clients.
train end users in the operation of the Spectank as part of the service support role.
respond in a timely manner to correct any issues brought to the Service Technicians attention by the end user.
work with the management team in proposing pricing and a contract to new customers.
Minimum Education: completion of high school
