Job Description:
Associate Pastor
• Available in Austin, TX.
Job Duties:
• Prepare and deliver sermons for children in the Sunday School ministry.
• Conduct spiritual ceremonies, including baptisms, communion, and other church sacraments, as needed.
• Provide pastoral care to children and church members, including prayer support and home or hospital visits.
• Lead the Sunday School ministry by organizing Bible studies, discipleship training, and faith-based mentorship programs.
• Offer spiritual counseling and guidance to children and youth, helping them navigate personal, relational, and faith-related challenges.
• Plan and coordinate youth-focused programs, including summer camps, retreats, and community outreach activities.
• Assist the Senior Pastor in implementing the church’s vision by overseeing ministry initiatives, leading worship services, and supporting various church programs, etc.

• Master of Divinity or Theology
Experience Requirement:
• None
Skill Requirement:
• Ordination as a pastor from a Presbyterian church is required.
