Job Description:
Associate Pastor
Available in Suwanee, GA
Job Duties:
Deliver sermons for the Adults Ministry.
Prepare and lead the worship sessions in collaboration with worship team members and musicians.
Conduct spiritual ceremonies, including baptisms, communion, weddings, and funerals, as needed.
Provide pastoral leadership for the Young Adults Ministry by organizing Bible studies, discipleship training, and faith-based mentorship programs.
Provide pastoral care to the congregation members and the community, including hospital and home visits and prayer support.
Offer spiritual counseling and guidance to individuals and families facing personal, relational, and faith-related challenges.
Plan and engage in community outreach and church ministry events to extend the churchs mission.
Assist the Senior Pastor in implementing the churchs vision, overseeing ministry initiatives, leading worship services, and supporting various church programs, etc.

Skill Requirement
Ordination as a pastor from a Baptist church is required.
