We fix all types of PC’s, and we can also custom build exactly what you need. For kids wanting to learn, we offer a “build your own PC” program to encourage learning and help them understand what is involved so they can maintain it on their own.
We also offer full IT support for businesses, that include hardware diagnostics, software management or upgrade implementation, troubleshooting, backups, and much more! We take the weight off your shoulders so that you can focus primarily on your company and when you or your team need help then we are there for you.
Duties of the user support technician include:
- Communicate with users to identify and record the IT and computer issues they encountered via phone, email, and in person
- Provide IT support to users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to operating systems, software, hardware, internet, network, etc. while respecting customer satisfaction and cost control
- Advise and train users about the general operations of their devices and maintenance requirements, answer user queries and guide users through step-by-step solutions
- Document IT procedures and maintain records of issues and solutions for future reference
- Working with the Director and other team members on special projects ranging from software/web development, applications design, and software training
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
Requirements for the role:
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• At least 2-3 years of experience in an IT industry and similar setting
• Work on-site is required
