Job Description:
Design, implement and maintain software for car display screens. Implement algorithms to control car display features including resolution, brightness, contrast ratio etc. Process data from common communication protocols such as LIN, SPI, CAN etc. Identify, diagnose and resolve software defects and issues. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure software functionality, performance, and reliability. Work with hardware engineers to integrate software with various vehicle systems, including sensors and control units. Provide on-site technical support and assistance for customers, addressing their specific application needs and troubleshooting issues. Conduct training sessions for customers on product features and applications. Prepare detailed technical documentation, including user manuals, application notes, and training materials. Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
