Pet Grooming Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Supervise and assign duties and responsibilities to staff
• Coordinate staff scheduling and training
• Ensure service quality and standards are met
• Facilitate supply orders and maintain inventory
• Handle customer inquiries and communicate escalated issues to management
• Monitor and maintain proper operation of pet grooming equipment and tools
• Ensure safety and cleanliness and that employees follow proper sanitation procedures
• Assist with grooming services and lifting larger pets and equipment

Requirements:
• 3+ years’ experience in pet grooming
• Completion of secondary school
• Excellent teamwork, people, and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and ability to multi-task
• Team player, able to work in close conditions with several other people
