Job Description:
Role: Portfolio Manager (Information Security Delivery Center of Excellence)
Location: Atlanta/Raleigh/Charlotte shall be preferred.
Rate: $56/hr on W2.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
• Develops and documents processes to support Portfolio Project Methodology and Governance processes to effectively delivery project objectives.
• Provides oversight and guidance to security delivery teams to ensure standard project protocols are met.
• Will serve as an individual contributor with ownership of portfolio management, quality assurance, governance and reporting routines.
• Handle multiple deliverables for the Corporate Cyber Security Delivery team including but not limited to data analysis and workflow diagrams.
• Work in an indirect leadership capacity to influence collaboration, communication, and adherence to program delivery governance processes.
• Systematically reviews components of processes to identify potential areas of improvement.
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS IT/ Computer Science, MIS, Economics, Finance, Operations Management.
• 10+ years of experience in consulting, project management or process improvement related role.
• Advanced understanding of project management framework and demonstrated ability to implement large scale initiatives and bring clarity to ambiguous assignments.
• Demonstrated superior understanding of business and technology organization, resources, priorities, needs and policies.
• Advanced understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
• Knowledge of holistic banking/investment platforms, products, services, operations, finance and systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to influence others and facilitate difficult conversations with leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, devise solutions and make decisions under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 5 to 10 years of experience in the financial services industry or consulting.
• Large IT Portfolio Management, Governance and reporting experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Process Improvement Professional (e.g. Six Sigma certification).
• 5 years of experience in Information Security and Cyber Security.
• Knowledge or experience in Information Security projects
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software products: Excel, PPT, Teams, SharePoint, Project and Visio.
