Job Duties and Responsibilities: 1.Plan, organize, and develop work plans of various functional teams, oversee the regular operations of the center, and ensure all services are aligned with the center's strategic goals. 2.Establish and optimize the workflows of functional teams, build up SOP and collaborate with TCM practitioners and therapists to maintain a tranquil, healing-focused environment. 3.Direct the center’s records and file management, including developing the electronic health record system to ensure secure, confidential handling of patients’ health conditions. 4.Lead recruitment, training, and performance reviews for administrative and support staff. 5.Manage budgets for TCM supplies, such as herbs and acupuncture tools, vendor contracts, and clinic expenses; negotiate cost-effective sourcing of high-quality materials. 6.Focus on and research up-to-date hygienic policies of the government and the TCM industry and assure adherence to federal and provincial health regulations, TCM licensing standards, and safety protocols. 7.Implement policies for ethical practice to reduce potential risks or disputes, including sustainable sourcing of herbal products and informed patient consent processes. 8.Develop annual budgets and operational strategies, keep internal audit and budget executive control regularly, and maintain the center’s financial health and sustainability. 9.Set up and analyze clinic performance metrics, including patient retention, treatment outcomes, etc., and prepare briefs and reports for senior management. 10.Promote cross-functional communication, coordinate smooth teamwork, and enhance the culture of respect and alignment with TCM values.
Job Requirements: Job Requirements: 1.A bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, healthcare management, or related fields. 2.5+ years of operations management experience, preferably in medical or healthcare, wellness, or holistic care. 3.Strong leadership with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. 4.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, and multilingual proficiency in two or more languages is highly preferred. 5.Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 6.Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is required. 7.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
