Job Description:
RAMP Group is hiring one Software and IT Project Manager to perform the following duties:
Coordinate development projects and delegate tasks to team members
Ensure team members adhere to project quality standards
Design products, upgrades and improvements
Organize and oversee troubleshooting and debugging processes
Ensure projects progress on schedule and meet deadlines, offer technical support as necessary
Debug, manage, modify and improve existing software programs
Maintain records of technical documents
Train junior developers and provide career guidance and mentorship
Terms of Employment
Wage: 53.85 per hour, 40 hours per week
Permanent full-time
Start immediately
Location of work: 318-15225, 104th Avenue, Surrey, British Columbia

Job Requirements:
Requirements
At least one year of software engineering experience in a team-leading role
A bachelors or more advanced degree in computer science, software engineering or another related discipline
Can work independently with minimal supervision or guidance
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation abilities
