I. Job Summary Operates a wide variety of heavy equipments vehicles that perform the spreading and compaction of construction demolition, commercial and residential waste disposed at the post collection facilities.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
Operates heavy equipments in compliance with the company operating safety policies and procedures.
Conducts routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment; maintains accurate records
Moves and positions raw materials and finished components with use of material moving equipments.
Follow appropriate standard operating procedures as guideline for operating and maintaining vehicle
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education: None required.
Experience: Three (3) years of previous experience.

Required to use motor coordination with finger dexterity (such as keyboarding, machine operation, etc.) most of the work day;

Required to be exposed to physical environment which involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements most of the work day;

The expected base pay wage for this position across the U.S is $28.66. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
Non-Exempt, non-union positions: i. Full-time: Employees will also receive at least _120_ hours of paid time off per year, accrued on a payroll period basis and _7_ [11, if Corporate employee] paid holidays throughout the calendar year. The Company provides this paid time off to comply with its obligations to provide paid sick and safe time (“PSST”) under Washington state law and local ordinances.
ii. Part-time: Employees will also receive at least _90_ hours of paid time off per year, accrued on a payroll period basis and _7_ [11, if Corporate employee] paid holidays throughout the calendar year. The Company provides this paid time off to comply with its obligations to provide paid sick and safe time (“PSST”) under Washington state law and local ordinances.
b. Non-Exempt, union positions: Use the above wording as well, but complete highlighted information based on applicable CBA.
c. Exempt positions: Employees will also receive discretionary paid time off, up to _80_ hours of paid sick time per year, and _7_ [10, if Corporate employee] paid holidays throughout the calendar year. The Company provides this paid time off to comply with its obligations to provide paid sick and safe time (“PSST”) under Washington state law and local ordinances. Additionally, the Company has a leave pay policy that provides for up to 4 weeks of paid leave in a rolling 12 month period for qualifying leaves.
