Job Description:
Develop systems design and systems documentation customized platform systems architecture using specialized knowledge of ITIL, ITSM and DMAIC frameworks.
Leverage specialized knowledge of SAP Ariba APIs, frameworks to extend the SAP Ariba Application on retrieving, reporting the larger datasets using API calls.
Leverage specialized knowledge of the ITIL, ITSM and DMAIC methodologies and frameworks customized for platforms to perform systems design and requirements analysis, improve systems process efficiency and platform related documentation.
Use specialized ITIL Tools and Frameworks to develop platform specific systems dashboard configurations, systems operational reports, system validations and systems performance metrics based on platform requirements needs and develop relevant documentation.
Follow specialized SAP ARIBA Methodology, SAP Blueprint and BPM Frameworks on business processes and complete Ariba Business process Enablement workbooks.
Utilize specialized knowledge of Ariba APIs framework customized for platform to create an innovative, user-friendly environment to get the most out of the enterprise software solutions.
Leverage specialized knowledge of SAP ARIBA STC (Source-To-Contract) Frameworks and methodologies to design Source-To-Contract (Sourcing, Contract Management, Procure-To-Pay, Spend Analysis) and strategic Sourcing Suite systems engineering modules for Sourcing, SIPM & Contracts.
Conduct research on emerging SAP Ariba Features and Functionalities in support ERP strategy & Roadmap efforts and recommend technologies and solutions that will increase cost effectiveness, personnel efficiency, and quality, reduce areas of technical debt, and eliminate functional gaps.
Utilize specialized knowledge of CSQA Frameworks and Methodologies to perform systems testing and develop customized systems performance reports for the client.
Configure, Design, Build, Test and Deploy the core Ariba features and ensure it works seamlessly.
Leverage specialized knowledge of Ariba OnDemand Frameworks and Methodologies to work closely with business team to fix minor/major issues, enhancements and support service requests.
Update knowledge repository during project completion phase using KM best practices.
Contribute to the design, development and implementation of gaps identified in the existing business process of the client.
Conduct key business users training on SAP SRM 7.0 prior to UAT phase of upgrade and resolve issues during UAT arising due to the functionality changes in POWL, SC, Carryout Sourcing in SRM 7.0 and SRM MM.
Partner closely with business to gather the requirements as part of FIT/GAP sessions.
Work closely with business team to fix minor/major issues, enhancements and support service requests.
Provide support for daily operations in Ariba, work closely with business users to understand and close gaps in the use of Ariba.
Use of ITIL, ITSM, CSQA and DMAIC frameworks, SAP ARIBA, SAP Blueprint, SAP SRM/MM, BPM, AGILE SWAG and Parametric Estimation Methodologies, and ALM.
Travel to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. may be required to work at end-client locations, at least once or twice a year based on clients needs. Must be willing to relocate and work anywhere in the U.S.
