Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive candidate to manage our vacation rental property onboarding and inspections. When a new home is added to our rental portfolio, we conduct a thorough inventory process (counting towels, sheets), provide property improvement recommendations (bed redesigns, carpet cleaning, necessary repairs), and ensure a seamless guest experience (guard gate setup, trash collection details, WiFi functionality).
This role requires **strong reasoning, organization, and initiative** to systematically walk through an onboarding checklist, identify necessary improvements, and communicate findings clearly. During onboarding, you will:
✔️ Complete a **digital checklist after during hands on inventory**
✔️ Upload **photos & videos** for documentation
✔️ Determine what repairs and changes are necessary for the home
✔️ Organize and communicate findings in a clear, actionable format
After the initial onboarding, you will:
✔️ **Source** and recommend cost-effective property items (luxury items for high-end homes, essential items for budget-friendly homes)
✔️ Compile and send a **comprehensive plan** for owner approval
✔️ Manage **final setup** (ordering, design improvements, gate access changes, repairs, installations, and final photo readiness)
This is a **part-time role** with potential for growth based on performance.
