POSITION:
1 Position-Carpenter (NOC 72310)

DESCRIPTION:

We are fast-paced, challenging, and demanding.
Our company is seeking a talented and motivated individual to fill the carpenter position. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and implementing day-to-day operations and overseeing that all employees are engaged in their jobs and working according to procedures.
Duties:
Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs
Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
Survey building locations and levels
Estimate costs and materials
Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments
CREDENTIALS UNDER THE FOLLOWING IS AN ASSET:
Fall Arrest Protection Training Course

$35.20 hourly
30 to 40 hours per week
$52.80 hourly overtime over 40 hours
