Job Description:
Salary: $35/per hour, 30 to 40 hours per week
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Authorize routine deposits and withdrawals
Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
Establish work schedules and procedures
Examine and verify the accuracy of work
Identify workers training needs
Prepare and submit reports
Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
Conduct performance reviews
Perform same duties as workers supervised
Co-ordinate, assign and review work
Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
Organize and maintain inventory.
Job Requirements:
Education: College/CEGEP
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Office
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
- Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, work under pressure
Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, dependability, excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, and team player
