Job Description:
Job Duties: Will develop, implement and manage social media strategy for salon. Will improve branding and visibility aimed at new and existing clients. Will gather information on competitors, prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution and report to management. Will assist in the development and production of marketing content to highlight exclusive, specialty salon treatments. Will deliver company brand positioning, messaging and salon offers throughout multiple channels, including printed materials, media, website, digital content and social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and/or similar), per management instructions. Will provide updates and changes in company website. Will work under supervision of management to implement strategic communications plan and marketing initiatives in support of business development, brand management and competitive positioning goals. Will create marketing content specifically designed for international clients and visitors
Job Requirements:
Requirements: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or US foreign educational equivalent in marketing, communication, graphic and digital design, or closely related and one year experience as a graphic designer, digital marketing specialist, digital consultant, or closely related. Specific requirements: Minimum one year of experience developing marketing campaigns and materials, including corporate branding; planning social media strategies and managing online brand and product campaigns; Minimum of one year of experience with marketing projects from conceptual planning, scheduling management and final implementation. Minimum one year of experience conducting studies to assess marketing conditions and evaluating results to enhance marketing campaigns. Minimum of one year experience working with online advertising tools, such as Facebook ads, Google adwords and adsense, and one year experience with management and maintenance of social media content, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Google. Minimum of one year of experience with Wordpress, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Ability to work with Google Drive, Microsoft Office programs demonstrated through one year of experience.
