Job Description:
Associate Pastor
• Available in Fort Worth, TX
Job Duties:
• Lead Sunday worship services and deliver sermons.
• Prepare and deliver sermons for Early Morning Prayer Meetings and Wednesday Night Services, as needed.
• Provide pastoral care by visiting and counseling church members regarding their spiritual, emotional, and personal needs.
• Study and interpret the Bible, teach the Word of God, and lead Bible study meetings.
• Assist the senior pastor in planning and implementing various church ministries, including Bible study, discipleship training, and leadership development.
• Organize and promote fellowships, retreats, seminars, and conferences to support the spiritual growth and development of church members.
• Collaborate with the senior pastor, elders, and congregational organizations regarding church ministries and related activities, etc.
Job Requirements:
Education Requirement:
• Master of Divinity or Theology
Experience Requirement:
• None
Skill Requirement:
• Ordination as a pastor from a Baptist church is required.
