Job Description:
Automation Engineer Controls Engineer Controls Designer Programmer PLCs Programmable Logic Controllers Automation Integration HMIs Human Machine Interfaces Control Panels Programming AC & DC Electrical Power Dsitribution for Industrial Process Equipment_ .
Seeking experienced Controls Design Engineer with background creating, testing, modifying, and programming controls hardware and software for production machinery.
*** Work with mechanical and electrical design engineers to design controls hardware and integrate controls software programs.
*** Source, evaluate, and select PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) hardware; Program, test, and debug machine controllers; Connect, test, troubleshoot, program, and debug robot attachments; Develop, program, troubleshoot, and modify HMI (Human Machine Interface) programs.
Applicants must have experience programming controllers and HMIs from Allen Bradley, Omron, Siemens, or similar manufacturers. Must be able to travel frequently. Must have a technical or Associates Degree in electrical engineering or similar.
