We are currently looking for an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team.

Position: Construction Site Supervisor

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: $32 per hour
Start date: As soon as possible
Work locations: Various Locations in Surrey (BC) & other areas in Lower Mainland (BC) as per the company’s work contracts with its clients.
Job Duties
• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of construction workers engaged in all type of Concrete work in our new construction projects and renovation projects.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and, coordinate work activities with other subcontractors.
• Resolve work-related problems and, implement measures to improve productivity and work quality.
• Order materials and supplies.
• Monitor work progress for each project.
• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Prepare work progress reports.
Job Requirements
• Completion of secondary school required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the similar trade is required.
• Ability to communicate in English.
