Duties
Analyze and understand blueprints, drawings, and sketches to ascertain requirements and set specifications.
Using measurement instruments, create plans that adhere to building codes.
Materials made of wood, wood replacements, lightweight steel, and other materials should be measured, cut, shaped, assembled, and joined.
Lay subflooring, erect walls, and roof structures, install floor beams, and construct foundations.
Install hardware, moldings, stairs, windows, and doors.
Maintaining, repairing, and remodeling homes.
Manage other employees.
