Term: Permanent, full time
Salary: $30 per hour
Hours: 30-40 hours/ week

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and coordination of construction projects, ensuring they align with the company’s objectives, timelines, and financial constraints.
• Develop and submit budget estimates for construction projects, ensuring they are completed within the specified budget limits.
• Oversee the creation and monitoring of construction schedules, ensuring project milestones are met and progress is consistent with the established timeline.
• Draft contracts and negotiate terms with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Design and enforce quality control procedures to guarantee that all project elements meet the required specifications and standards.
• Hire and manage subcontractors and staff, ensuring that tasks are completed according to project plans and within the set timeline.
• Prepare regular progress reports and provide clients with updated schedules on the status of the project.
• Oversee the procurement of building materials and manage land acquisitions essential to the completion of the project.
• Resolve any design-related issues and challenges that arise during the development phase to enhance project quality and efficiency

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field is required
• At least one year experience as a Construction Manager, Project Manager, or a similar role in a management role in construction is required.
• Experience in preparing, negotiating, and managing projects.
• Familiarity with quality control programs and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
