Job Description:
Straffic America, LLC seeks Firmware Senior Manager to Manage the design, install, and troubleshooting firmware and their components for new faregate systems; Manage the development of firmware specification, test plan based on hardware specification; Manage, plan, arrange and deploy maintenance performance to achieve target; Manage the project timeline for firmware development, installation, and implementation; Review test specification and conduct the test for new firmware release; Lead complex fault analysis and test systems; Oversee document system architecture and database design; Monitor all system integration tests, operational readiness and implementation of new fare system; Manage and ensure the implementation of the preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware and software as well as related features; and Conduct regular reviews with other engineers on the progress of the design and any engineering changes within the scope of the contract.
Job Requirements:
* Master of Business Administration degree is required.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering is required.
* 24 months of experience in Senior Engineer position is required.
