Job Description:
Lead, design, and manage Christian education programs for congregants. Develop and implement biblically sound curricula for all educational ministries that align with the church's theological beliefs and the needs of a congregation. Plan and lead special events, such as retreats and mission trips and outreach programs aimed at fostering spiritual development and community engagement. Work closely with the pastoral team to integrate educational programs with the overall mission and vision of the church. Participate in worship services, teaching, and preaching as needed.
