Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and interpret data to help drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for patterns, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making.
Use statistical techniques to interpret data and generate actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data-driven strategies.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
Work with databases, querying languages (SQL), and analytical tools.
Job Requirements:
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, R).
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Strong statistical and analytical skills.
Understanding of databases and data warehousing concepts.
Knowledge of data cleaning and preprocessing techniques.
Ability to translate complex data findings into clear business insights.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Prior experience in a data analyst or similar role.
Familiarity with machine learning concepts (optional but beneficial).
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
