As an ITSM Intern, you will be expected to:
- Manage Incidents and Problems: Utilize the ServiceNow platform to handle assigned incidents and problems.
- Investigate Production Incidents: Gather and document essential details to thoroughly investigate incidents occurring in AgFirst's Production environment.
- Contribute to Automation Testing: Play a key role in creating automated test scripts and establishing testing guidelines for the Incident and Problem Management team.
- Develop Dashboards and Reports: Create ServiceNow dashboards and reports to present defined metrics to stakeholders.
