Requirements:
-Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
-At least 2 years of work experience as a restaurant manager or related supervisory role
-English
Job Duties:
- Oversee the administrative aspects of a restaurant
- Train and manage all staff for operational excellence.
- Hire and recruit new staff.
- Review financial transactions
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues.
- Plan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy
- Review product quality regularly and research new vendors
- Create and adjust all staffs’ schedules
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
