Job Description:
Management Analyst is needed to perform the following duties:
• Effectively identifies the root cause of problems, develops diverse solutions, and chooses the most effective approach considering the context.
• Analyzes complex situations to identify underlying issues, generates a variety of potential solutions, and selects and implements the optimal course of action.
• Implements a comprehensive risk management program, including identifying, monitoring, and assisting in mitigating risks to the company, while actively engaging with industry organizations to identify and understand emerging threats.
• Assists in responding to inquiries from governmental and regulatory authorities
• Works closely with industry organizations to identify and understand emerging risks that could affect the company, and assists in developing mitigation strategies.
• Takes action on approved risk mitigation plans and implements workarounds to minimize negative impacts on project deliverables and timelines.
• Provides data-driven recommendations for project prioritization and process streamlining, based on gap and trend analysis, best practices, benchmarks, and City & State requirements.
• Executes approved risk responses and implements necessary workarounds to minimize project disruptions
• Preparation and development of risk improvement recommendations by identifying and resolve hinderances and field obstruction
• To create and present quality deliverables that support essential project workstreams
• To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, contractual commitments, and corporate policies
• Manages the on-site safety program and makes sure client and company safety practices are followed and all work is performed in accordance with Site Specific Safety Manual and OSHA standards
• Review of bid specifications and contracts for potential risks and insurance requirements related to construction projects and providing our estimators with proper insurance pricing
• Skillfully negotiate claim settlements by employing appropriate strategies, leveraging available resources, and respecting authority limits.
Bachelor’s degree is required in Management or Business Management OR Education + Experience which is equivalent to Bachelor’s degree in Management or Business Management
