Job Description:
Sr. Pastor
Available in Enterprise, AL
Job Duties:
Deliver sermons during Sunday services and Wednesday night services, providing spiritual guidance to the congregation.
Offer spiritual and emotional support by visiting and counseling church members regarding their spiritual, emotional, and personal needs.
Administer religious ceremonies such as baptisms, weddings, and funerals, ensuring they align with church practices.
Lead and implement the church's vision and mission in collaboration with members, guiding the congregation to realize these goals.
Oversee church administration, including budgeting, facilities management, and personnel responsibilities, ensuring effective daily operations.
Develop and conduct discipleship and spiritual education programs to nurture members spiritual growth.
Lead evangelism and mission activities, formulating and executing local and international outreach strategies.
Collaborate with church leadership teams to facilitate decision-making, address governance matters, etc.

Skill Requirement
Ordination as a pastor from a Protestant church is required.
