Job Description:
Lynn's Paradise is seeking several amazing individuals to join our growing team of remote travel specialists. As an independent travel advisor, you will be responsible for coordinating travel and advocating for clients as part of our full-service travel agency. You will be working with a host of vendors, including major cruise lines and popular theme parks.
Job Requirements:
Responsibilities
Arrange personal and business travel
Determine clients needs and preferences
Research destination and activity recommendations
Correspond with vendors and suppliers to coordinate travel arrangements
Book reservations for flights, cruises, hotels, rental cars, sports and concert tickets, travel excursions, and more
Provide details for travel documents, such as passports and visas
Make alternative travel arrangements, if necessary
Network with travel providers as well as future clients
Qualifications
Effective communication skills, written and oral
Excellent customer service
Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate
Knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
Self-driven, remote environment
Ability to set goals and develop achievable timelines to hit them
