Job Description:
Position Overview
CCK Holding Group LLC, a leader in vacation rental property management, is seeking a diligent Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of vacation rental properties. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in customer service or virtual assistance who are interested in entering the property management industry—no prior experience is required. Comprehensive training and support will be provided through instructional videos and detailed manuals.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Communications:
Act as the primary point of contact for guests, managing inquiries, and ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs.
Resolve guest issues promptly and courteously to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
Booking and Calendar Management:
Coordinate booking requests and reservations using the company’s booking platform.
Maintain accurate calendars and update availability to optimize reservations.
Property Maintenance and Inspections:
Liaise with vendors and contractors to schedule and oversee routine maintenance and repairs.
Conduct regular property inspections using provided checklists to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are maintained.
Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate records and assist with general office tasks.
Support the overall property management process with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Skills and Competencies:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polite and professional demeanor.
Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
Proven customer service experience, particularly in roles such as virtual assistance or similar fields.
Ability to work independently in a flexible freelance environment.
