Reading prints, making, modifying and adjusting rolling dies made of high speed steel and carbide for our cold-threading machines, setting up and testing the dies as well repairing the dies. Teaching an apprentice die makers as dictated by needs of Standard Fasteners Ltd.
Job Requirements:
minimum 6 years experience as a cold threading machine die maker (or as a threaderman).
manual dexterity, attention to detail, machining and welding.
Must be able to teach apprentice.
