Business System Analyst (NOC: 21221)
Sulochana Systems Limited has an immediate opening for a Business System Analyst (NOC: 21221) position at our location in Victoria, BC.
As a Business System Analyst (NOC: 21221) you will perform some or all of the following duties:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new projects or system enhancements
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Analyze data to generate insights and provide recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of implemented solutions.
• Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of implemented solutions.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Serve as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams.
• Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and trends to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide ongoing support by troubleshooting issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, information systems or a related discipline or completion of a college program in computer science or 1 to 2 years of equivalent experience in the field is required.
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time (30 - 40 hours/week)
Compensation: CA $44.25 /hour
Location: 132-328 Wale Road, Colwood, Victoria , BC, V9B 0J8.
