Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall day-to-day supervision and operation of assigned location, including staff management, food safety, guest services, sales, and food quality.
Facilitate team meetings to coordinate daily operations and communicate any relevant updates. Also, participate in management meetings to stay informed about company policies or changes.
Follow the company's policy and procedures, adhering to company standards to ensure all operations are in line with corporate expectations.
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed as per the company's standards, including maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the workplace.
Accountable for training and motivating staff and fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
Coordinate with other shift supervisors and management to ensure seamless transitions between shifts, maintaining operational continuity.
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for food preparation, controlling inventory by maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Address any maintenance or repair issues that arise during the shift, notifying the appropriate person as needed to ensure the ongoing functionality of the operation.
Resolve customer complaints and special requests in a timely, friendly, and professional manner, ensuring high-quality guest services.
Job Requirements
Completion of a college program in food service administration, or hotel and restaurant management or 1 -2 years of experience in the food service sector.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Good supervisory skills and a strong understanding of customer service are a must.
Ability to manage a team to achieve common goals.
Highly organized and efficient, working well under pressure.
