Job Description:
JH Technologies, Inc. located in Fremont, CA seeks a Computer Systems Engineer.
Design, Configure, and Customize Enterprise Applications
• Collaborate and engage with stakeholders to ensure the ERP system's design and functional aspects are aligned to drive organizational value and operational efficiency.
• Customize and extend NetSuite functionality using various development tools and technologies, including Custom Records, Custom Forms, Suiteflow, Suitelets, Client & User Event
Scripts, Map Reduce, and other NetSuite development tools.
• Architect solutions on the NetSuite platform that are highly resilient, and scalable involving customizations, complex integrations, and data structure changes.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, lightning components on Salesforce leveraging APIs, developing robust logic and exception handling.
• Enforce data integrity through validations in SuiteScript, Apex, database constraints, and maintain data dictionaries across integrated systems.
• Work closely with business teams in translating requirements to technical solutions on NetSuite and Salesforce platforms. Bridge the gap between business needs and technical
implementation.
• Evaluate new technologies, platforms, and approaches to enhance customizations and integrations.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to optimize systems and applications.
• Establish development best practices for source control, testing, and CI/CD.
Architect and Automate Integration Flows
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather integration requirements between core business systems.
• Design end-to-end data flows and transformations leveraging Celigo's integration designer and mapper. Build reusable and scalable templates.
• Develop integration logic using JavaScript and Node.js within Celigo. Implement REST API integrations using Celigo's API connector.
• Create comprehensive integration test cases and automation scripts in Celigo to validate data sync, transformations, system stability, and adherence to business requirements.
• Instrument Celigo integrations to capture metrics for monitoring and analytics. Optimize data flows for performance, integrity, and scalability.
• Follow Celigo's best practices for integration patterns, data modeling, and error handling.
Data Analysis, and Web Development
• Strategize and recommend web/back-end development for optimized performance, mobile-friendliness, and engaging user experience.
• Assist in designing and developing a dynamic and cross-browser compatible web platform for the company using the latest web technologies like React, Javascript, and HTML5 along
with CSS stylesheets.
• Assist in performing web platform analytics like Event Tracking, Cross-Device Tracking, and Ecommerce Tracking.
• Customizing Shopify themes, implementing complex app integrations, and optimizing the Shopify store for performance and user engagement.
• Responsible for designing and implementing scalable, reliable, fault-tolerant REST services in a Microservice Architecture to transfer data from its source to Salesforce API.
Functional & Technical Documentation, Troubleshooting and additional related duties
• Create technical documentation on architecture, solution designs, customizations, and flow of the integrations. Maintain detailed release notes.
• Stay updated with NetSuite, Celigo enhancements, and suggest performance/UX improvements.
• Perform technical troubleshooting and debugging of complex development issues and defects. Conduct root cause analysis.
• Leverage Celigo's debugging capabilities to analyze logs and payloads.
• Document design specifications, scope, and functional requirements to ensure best practices are adhered to and for future reference.
• Perform code reviews with a focus on security, quality, value, code quality, acceptance criteria, business logic, test coverage, and architecture alignment.

Job Requirements:
Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent with 36 months in job offered or any occupation in which the required experience was gained.
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent with 60 months in job offered or any occupation in which the required experience was gained.
Experience must include: Salesforce Apex, SuiteScript, JavaScript, Python, Shopify Liquid, Integration Development, REST API Integration, Data Mapping, Test Planning, Test Case Designing, React, jQuery, PHP, Object Oriented Programming (OOP), and SQL.
