Job Posting: Kitchen Helper for YGF Hot Pot Restaurant
YGF Hot Pot offers a unique and fun dining experience with its DIY mini hot pots, also known as Mala Tangs, prepared with a range of Asian flavors. Our goal is to provide customers with an enjoyable, handmade meal that they can customize to their preference.
We are looking for a Kitchen Helper to join our team at YGF Hot Pot Restaurant. We welcome applications from enthusiastic, hard-working, and detail-oriented individuals.
Responsibilities:
Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables, meats, and other ingredients.
Refill food items during service to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Assist with receiving and organizing supplies.
Help set up the kitchen before service and clean up at the end of the day.
Assist with any other kitchen tasks as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or above
Willing to learn and take initiative.
Positive attitude and able to support colleagues during busy hours.
Prior experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Some understanding of accounting and technology is a plus.
Strong Organizational and Communication Skills
