Job Descriptions:
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that comply with company standards and objectives.
Coordinates and manages weekly schedules, and conference meetings.
Communicate with clients and management to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Providing training new employees and monitoring their performance.
Ensuring staff is compliance with company policies and regulations.
Procure materials and supplies for the production and installation of glass and metal doors.
Preparing a record of inventory such as glass material, door frames, hardware, etc., and ensure smooth operations of company equipment.
Identify and analyze new procedures to improve the efficiency of operations.
Helping in solving work-related issues and providing assistance with other managerial tasks.
Prepare and submit reports, compile data & keep track of the companys progress.
Following safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Perform other duties as required.
Job Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School is required.
Post-secondary education or/and a minimum of 6 months experience in the field is required.
