We are looking for long term crew members who will become a part of the Babaz Family and work with us as we expand and grow further. We have big plans for the future of Babaz Shawarma with plans of expansion. Hiring the right crew members is crucial.
Job Duties:
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
May clean kitchen and work area
May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
May train kitchen staff.
Follow sanitation procedures and ensure cleanliness of food preparation areas.
Inspect kitchen and food service areas.
Assist in introducing new dishes in the menu.
