Job Description:
PEOS Industries Ltd. is located at 203A-43875 Progress Way, Chilliwack, BC V2R 0E6. We are currently looking for a permanent, full time Wholesale establishment manager. If you are interested, please submit your resume by e-mail.
Position: Wholesale establishment manager
Wages: CAD$41.00/hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 30- 40 hours/week
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay
Job Duties:
• Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of wholesales department
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales/buying volumes, effect of competitors on sales, etc.
• Determine merchandise to be sold, price and credit policies
• Source and negotiate with vendors to procure merchandise
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues
• Address staffing requirements, including the hiring and retention of staff
Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school;
• 2-3 years of related retail or wholesale sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility required.
• A university degree or college diploma in business administration or other field related to the product or service being sold an asset.
