We are seeking a talented Lead Data Engineer to design and implement modern data solutions, leveraging cutting-edge Azure technologies to support our business objectives. Key Responsibilities
Data Pipeline Design & Development: Create and optimize scalable data pipelines using Azure services.
Data Lake Development: Build and maintain a state-of-the-art data lake to address evolving business requirements.
Technology Innovation: Lead the assessment and integration of emerging technologies to modernize and enhance the data platform.
Collaborative Architecture Design: Work closely with analysts and architects to define and implement robust technical architectures for complex data initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
Technical Expertise:
Extensive experience designing and managing data pipelines, storage, and compute components.
Proficiency in deploying advanced data solutions with Azure technologies, including Azure Functions, Data Factory, Data Lake, SQL, Synapse, and Streaming Analytics.
Strong understanding of Data Lake architectures and ETL/ELT workflows.
Programming Skills: Hands-on experience with PLSQL, Spark, PySpark, Python, and Pandas.
DevOps Proficiency: Advanced skills with Azure DevOps and experience in modernizing legacy data warehouses (e.g., Hadoop, Teradata).
Leadership & Strategy: Proven ability to lead teams and drive data platform strategies, with a deep knowledge of modern data analytics.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Requirements
Expertise with Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
Comprehensive knowledge of Data Lake architectures and data modernization strategies.
At least 5 years of professional experience in data engineering or analytics, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Educational Background: BS or MS degree in a relevant field.
