Job Description:
As a Leasing and Development Officer at Public Works, you’ll play a crucial role in managing real estate assets and driving development initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Leasing Management:
o Collaborate with tenants, negotiate lease agreements, and ensure compliance with leasing terms.
o Handle lease renewals, rent adjustments, and tenant inquiries.
2. Development Planning:
o Participate in the planning and execution of real estate development projects.
o Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and site assessments.
3. Property Portfolio Oversight:
o Monitor property performance, occupancy rates, and lease expirations.
o Identify opportunities for property enhancements and revenue growth.
