Job Description:
Kiring Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our property management team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our rental properties, ensuring they are well-presented for tenants and property owners alike. You will play a crucial role in the upkeep of properties, performing cleaning tasks and managing supplies.
Job Requirements:
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance duties in residential properties to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
- Dust, vacuum, and sanitize all areas, including living spaces, kitchens, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Clean and maintain furnishings, window treatments, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with company standards.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and upholstery cleaning on a periodic basis.
- Manage cleaning supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and reporting any shortages to management.
- Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs in a timely manner, assisting in minor repairs as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning chemicals and equipment are used safely and stored properly, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with property management and other team members to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Show initiative in organizing tasks and proposing improvements to cleaning processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
