Overview The Two is currently hiring for a full-time Indoor Sales Representative to work in Rochester, New York. Job Purpose As an Indoor Sales Professional, you will work to grow and promote the sale of products and services offered by our company. As an Indoor Sales Professional you are the first line of contact with all new customers and, as such, represent the eyes, ears, and life of our organization. Our purpose is to further our growth by offering competent and committed individuals the necessary training and time-tested tools to be successful.
Job Requirements: Job Duties and Responsibilities * Manage and interpret customer requirements by speaking with them to understand, anticipate, and meet their needs. * Expand market awareness of our products by effectively communicating the features and benefits of our products and services to existing and potential customers. * Maximize sales by making product recommendations, providing solutions, and effectively communicating with customers throughout the sales process. * Make technical presentations to decision-makers and Prospective Customers. * Maintain knowledge of competitor products and identify and report intelligence on competitor pricing and/or marketing strategies. * Maintain sales status logs as required, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals. * Work closely and effectively with peers, office personnel, and management. * Engage in training and developing other team members. * Participate in all required sales representative meetings and training seminars. * Submit accurate post-sale order entry and complete the administrative process. * Adhere to all company procedures, values, and policies so that you provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current customers.

Experience * High school diploma or equivalent required; College education preferred. * No prior sales experience needed; one to three years of inside and/or outside sales experience (residential and/or B2B) preferred. * Proficient in math functions with the use of a calculator. * Previous leadership and management experience is a plus.
