Medley Market is seeking a self-motivated Marketing Coordinator who is creative, detail-oriented and a quick learner to be a part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment to support our rapid growth. Duties and Responsibilities:
• Act as spokesperson for the company;
• Develop strategies and related content for direct and digital marketing and advertising campaigns and implement them;
• Advise on advertising or sales promotion strategies;
• Develop and maintain social media accounts, including managing customer reviews and testimonials
• Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material;
• Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions;
• Develop and organize workshops, meetings, ceremonies and other events for publicity, fundraising and information purposes;
• Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies and programs;
• Gather, research and prepare communications material;
• Initiate and maintain contact with the media;
• Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations,
Website content and press releases;
• Plan and direct advertising and marketing campaigns.
Job Requirements:
Employment Requirements:
• Completion of university degree or college diploma or equivalent in related discipline;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, business or other related industry is an asset;
• Team management, delegation and issue resolution skills and the ability to multi-task;
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and employee development skills;
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced and high-volume environment;
• Flexible availability required (day, evening, weekend).
