Job Description:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to bring your skills, knowledge, and expertise as a dedicated Restaurant Assistant Manager. Come to join us.
Job Requirements:
Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
• Oversee and evaluate daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement comprehensive plans to organize daily workflows and tasks.
• Train and mentor staff, fostering a productive and knowledgeable team.
• Define the scope of services offered and establish standardized operational procedures.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment.
• Negotiate and manage agreements with suppliers to procure food and other essential materials.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Requirements:
• Completion of College
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Possesses and able to carry out work with the following characteristics:
Accurate, Client focus, Dependability, Flexibility, Organized, Reliability, Team player
