Position Details
Employment type: Full-time, permanent
Hourly wage: $52.00/hour
Weekly hours: 35 hours per week

Job Duties
-Develop and execute strategic operational plans to enhance the efficiency and scalability of Lekon Logistics' freight forwarding and logistics services.
-Oversee the management of air and ocean freight, express courier, and cross-border logistics to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
-Lead compliance efforts related to customs brokerage, import/export regulations, and programs such as NRI, CARM, and bond registrations.
-Establish and nurture relationships with global partners to expand the company’s logistics network and enhance service capabilities.
-Monitor operational performance metrics, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to drive productivity and cost-effectiveness.
-Manage 3PL warehousing, transloading, fulfillment, and distribution operations to ensure optimized end-to-end supply chain solutions.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational initiatives with broader company goals and customer needs.
-Directly oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial planning to support sustainable growth while maintaining profitability.
-Foster a high-performing, customer-centric organizational culture through leadership, training, and development of managerial staff.
-Ensure adherence to all legal, safety, and regulatory standards while driving innovation and continuous improvement across operations.
Qualifications
-A bachelor’s degree in business management or a related discipline
-3 years of related experience
-Proven ability to develop and execute strategic operational plans in a fast-paced logistics environment
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational efficiency and cost control Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management
