Position: General Manager
Compensation: 80,340 Annually
Working Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with weekends required as needed
Working Location: 2-9444 190th Street, Surrey, BC, V4N 3S2
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall operations across Sales, Manufacturing, Installation, and Administration, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with company goals.
Implement advanced stone fabrication technologies and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and maintain industry leadership.
Lead and mentor department managers, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring financial health and resource optimization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Monitor market trends and develop strategies to expand the company’s market share.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the construction industries.

Job Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction, Commerce, or a related field is required
Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably within the construction, manufacturing, or trade industries.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and forecasting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
