Job Description:
Opportunity
We’re looking for subject matter experts (SMEs) with experience in Writing. Qualified SMEs will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated responses through prompt-response authoring.
This role is instrumental in training our clients’ AI models to deliver exceptional service to end users.
Application process
At this time, we’re accepting applicants via direct communication with recruitment. But, once we connect, the process is so simple! Register for OneForma, and then we’ll assign you to certifications such as the LLM Basic Certification and the Prompt Authoring Certification.
Upon successfully passing the certifications, you’ll then be eligible to enter the OneForma GenAI Mastery Program, an enablement program designed to help you demonstrate your prompt-response authoring expertise.
The GenAI Mastery Program can pay up to $30 USD. OneFormers who successfully pass through the GenAI Mastery Program will be added to an exclusive network with priority access to relevant projects as they become available.
