We are currently seeking a full-time Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting our finance team by analyzing, planning, and driving financial performance to inform strategic business decisions. This role is ideal for someone with experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting, who has a strong interest in blockchain technology and the evolving field of digital payments.

Job Responsibilities:
Analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Prepare financial reports, projections, and variance analyses to ensure alignment with financial targets and operational goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate API data for real-time financial reporting.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting, monitoring expenses, and analyzing variances from projections.
Identify opportunities for improving financial reporting, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Support blockchain integration efforts with technical teams to enhance payment flow security and transparency.

Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Previous experience in financial analysis, particularly in the technology, fintech, or blockchain industries, is a strong asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and experience with financial reporting software; familiarity with blockchain technology is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying financial information.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
