Main Duties:
• Oversee and manage office administrative procedures, including reviewing, evaluating, and implementing new protocols.
• Set work priorities, assign tasks to staff, and ensure adherence to deadlines and established procedures.
• Organize and coordinate office services
• Conduct analysis and supervise administrative functions related to budgeting, contracts and management.
• Support the preparation of operating budgets and maintain control over inventory and budget allocations.
• Compile data and create periodic and specialized reports, manuals, and correspondence.

Requirements
Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
